Hello and welcome to the Torment Gaming Community site. We would like to personally thank you for stopping by! Hopefully we can give you some introductory information about us. We established the gaming community in May of 09' but majority of us have been playing games together for many, many years. We just decided it was time to run something of our own and to find like minded gamers to join us.
Our mission with Torment is simple, unrestrained diversity. We intend to cover any and every game that our member base will support as well as allowing any individual player to "grab the reins" and start up there own guild/group within Torment. This extends beyond normal communities in that we are willing and intend to be proactive in the possibility of launching more than one guild in the same game. The idea is to cover any gaming wishes of our community.
We will not restrict ourselves to just one faction or one server type. We will expand out to anything our playerbase wishes. With that being said, as we are launching into this project we are looking to both the present and the future of games we wish to support. We would love help from the community in actually getting these games up and running.
The games specifically are Aion Online, Team Fortress 2, and Left 4 Dead. If anyone coming into the community would have interest in running our guild/group/server in that specific game, please let us know. Aside from that, we also intend to launch into Star Wars:The Old Republic as well as Champions Online (in which we already have leadership in place).
Again any game not mentioned that you have interest in starting up under Torment please get in touch with us. We would love to talk to you, we love proactive membership! The only limit to what you can achieve in Torment is the limit you set for yourself. The idea is that anything is possible for our members and our community.
